McKenna & Ryan Almond Valley wedding in Mallorca
We create a space for you to be yourselves. Blending an editorial eye with a relaxed, documentary approach, we document your day with honesty, beauty, and intention.
Hi! We are Paco and Aga — wedding photographers on the French Riviera and other European destinations. We're guessing that you're interested in having your Côte d'Azur wedding beautifully documented and we're super happy that you stopped by to check out our portfolio.
We complement our wedding coverage with film photography, blending tradition and modernity to perfectly capture your moments. Analog photography has made a big comeback in the past few years, and we are excited to offer it in our wedding photography packages.
We love to photograph couples who want their wedding in the French Riviera to be something more than a traditional event; couples that are passionate about their relationship and want to share it with their close friends and family. Whether you're planning a gorgeous civil ceremony in one of the beautiful chateaus in France or a long wedding weekend near the sea, we would be honoured to accompany you at this amazing event.
Côte d'Azur is a wonderful region to get married in, and surely you and your guests will have an unforgettable time. If you are looking for an editorial and stylish approach to wedding photography in the French Riviera, just drop us a line! We'd love to chat.
The French Riviera's iconic light — that famous golden Mediterranean glow — renders beautifully on analog film. Film captures the depth and warmth of Côte d'Azur in a way that feels nostalgic and profoundly authentic. From the glittering coastline of Nice to the chic glamour of Cannes or the old port of Antibes, every location on the Riviera comes alive on film.
We strive to craft images that are not just photographs, but enduring pieces of art. Our services range from exclusively analog collections to smaller add-ons to digital coverage. If film photography is something you'd like to incorporate into your Côte d'Azur wedding, reach out to us today for more information.
How would you describe your photography approach? We consider our photography to be full of style and elegance, without sacrificing the natural, documentary way of shooting. For the majority of your day, we remain unobtrusive, ensuring the genuine moments are captured without interruption. However, during portrait sessions, we'll provide guidance to ensure you look your absolute best in every photo. Recognizing that each wedding is unique, we always strive to adapt our approach to meet the specific needs and preferences of every couple.
What is the difference between film wedding photography and digital? Film photography gives your wedding photos a classic, timeless look with warm tones and a unique texture that many find adds a romantic touch. Digital photography, on the other hand, produces crisp, vibrant images with closer-to-real colours. The choice between film and digital ultimately comes down to the style and feel you envision for your wedding memories.
Which film do you use? We use a combination of different film types throughout the wedding day, as no single type suits every situation. Our go-to film rolls are Kodak Portra, Kodak Gold, and Ilford HP5 and Delta.
How do you deliver the film photos? What is the process? After shooting, the film is developed in a professional lab. Then, the negatives are scanned and processed. We deliver the resulting JPG files to you through your online wedding gallery. The black uneven frame you might see around some shots occurs because the scanner reads an area slightly larger than the photo itself. This frame can be cropped later if desired.
Do you mostly shoot with analog or digital cameras? We use various cameras on the wedding day, both analog and digital. Throughout the day, there are many different situations, and each requires a specific approach. We leverage our knowledge and experience to decide which camera and settings are best in any given moment.
Can we share our photos on social networks? Of course, feel free to share any photos you like! We'd be truly grateful if you could tag or mention us on Instagram when you do :)
Can we meet before booking you for our wedding in France? Absolutely - meeting beforehand allows us to discuss your wedding plans in detail and understand precisely what you're seeking in a wedding photographer. If an in-person meeting isn't feasible, we can arrange a video chat anytime.
Where are you based? Our base is on a beautiful island of Mallorca, from where we travel to destination weddings in France, Italy and Mexico.
How can we get your availability and pricing details? Contact us through this form and we'll get back to you with all the details.
