McKenna & Ryan Almond Valley wedding in Mallorca
From clifftop ceremonies at Son Marroig to long summer evenings at Finca Comassema - we photograph Mallorca weddings with honesty and genuine love for the light here.
We are Paco and Aga, wedding photographers in Mallorca - available across the island and beyond. Mallorca is home for us, and that familiarity shows in the work: we know the light at Son Marroig in late afternoon, the pace of a long summer evening at Finca Comassema, the particular beauty of the Tramuntana in spring. We use both film and digital photography to document your day with honesty and care.
Our approach blends an editorial eye with a relaxed, documentary style - we stay close without intruding, and guide you gently through the portrait session so you always look your best without ever feeling posed. The result is a set of images that feel true to the day and to you as a couple.
We love photographing couples who want their Mallorca wedding to feel like itself - unhurried, genuine, and beautifully documented. Whether you're planning a clifftop ceremony at Son Marroig, a black-tie evening at Cap Rocat, an intimate celebration at Belmond La Residencia, or a relaxed garden wedding at one of the island's many fincas, we would be honoured to be there with you.
If you're looking for a Mallorca wedding photographer with a natural, editorial approach - and a genuine love for this island - just drop us a line. We'd love to hear about your plans.
Mallorca's warm light, soft colours, and long summer evenings suit film photography particularly well. The grain, the tones, the slight unpredictability of analog - it all adds a depth and warmth to your images that feels completely at home on this island. We love to shoot a mix of colour and black-and-white rolls throughout the day, woven into our full digital coverage.
Film is available as an add-on to our Mallorca wedding photography packages. Couples who choose it tend to love the tactile, timeless quality it brings - images that feel less like documentation and more like art. If it's something you'd like to incorporate into your day, get in touch and we can talk through what that might look like.
How would you describe your photography approach? We like to think about our photography as full of style and elegance, but without discarding the natural, documentary way of shooting. For most of the day you won't see us, but we will be there to guide you through the portrait session and make sure you look your best in the pictures. Of course, each Mallorca wedding is different and we try to adapt to the needs of every couple.
What is the difference between film and digital wedding photography? Analog photography surely has its particular charm. For us, it's the little imperfections of film photography that slowly disappeared with the introduction of digital cameras. While we love modern technology, which gives us much freedom in trying various shots without worrying about the photo count, the analog film limits are the ones that spark a whole new level of creativity.
Do you shoot on film and digital? We shoot digitally as standard. Film is available as an add-on - if it's something you'd like to include, just mention it when you get in touch and we'll talk through the options.
Do you do wedding videos? Currently we don't offer wedding videos, but we can recommend you a few great videographers for your wedding in Mallorca.
Can we share our photos on social networks? Of course, all the photos you want! We would greatly appreciate if you could tag/mention us on Instagram.
Which analog film do you use? We use a combination of different film types throughout the wedding day, as no single type suits every situation. Our go-to film rolls are Kodak Portra, Kodak Gold, and Ilford HP5 and Delta.
How do you deliver the film photos? What is the process? After shooting, the film is developed in a professional lab. Then, the negatives are scanned and processed. We deliver the resulting JPG files to you through your online wedding gallery. The black uneven frame you might see around some shots occurs because the scanner reads an area slightly larger than the photo itself. This frame can be cropped later if desired.
Are there any travel fees? No, all our Mallorca packages already include any possible travel costs.
