Cabo wedding photographer - Film & Digital in Los Cabos, Mexico

We are Paco and Aga, wedding photographers in Los Cabos. Cabo is one of those places that makes every photograph feel cinematic - desert meets sea, the light is extraordinary, and the energy of the place is completely its own.

We work across Cabo San Lucas, San José del Cabo, and the Corridor between them, photographing weddings at private villas, boutique properties, and beachfront settings along the Pacific and the Sea of Cortez.

Our approach is editorial and documentary - we stay close, blend in, and let the day unfold naturally. We use both digital and film photography, and we're happy to discuss what the right combination looks like for your wedding specifically.

If you're looking for a Los Cabos wedding photographer who will document your day honestly and beautifully - drop us a line. We'd love to hear about your plans.

Film wedding photography in Los Cabos

The light in Cabo - especially in the late afternoon - does something extraordinary on film. The warm desert tones, the soft shadows, the way the sun falls on the water near El Arco - analog photography captures all of it with a depth and warmth that digital struggles to replicate. We shoot on a combination of Kodak Portra and Ilford HP5, depending on the light and the mood of the day.

Film is available as an add-on to our digital coverage — a few rolls woven into the day to give you a mix of both. If you're interested in adding film to your Los Cabos wedding, get in touch and we'll talk through what makes sense for your day.

FAQ

Where are you based? Our base shifts depending on the time of year. We spend several weeks to months each year photographing weddings in Mexico, and Los Cabos is one of our regular destinations. Travel costs are included in our Mexico packages, so there are no surprises.

Which areas do you cover in Los Cabos? We work across the full Los Cabos area - Cabo San Lucas, San José del Cabo, and the Corridor. Whether you're at a private villa, a boutique property, or a beachfront setting, we'll be there.

How would you describe your photography approach? Editorial and documentary. We stay unobtrusive through most of the day, capture what happens naturally, and guide you gently during portrait time to make sure you look your best. We adapt to each wedding rather than following a fixed formula.

Can we share our photos on social networks? Of course - share as many as you like. We'd genuinely appreciate a tag or mention on Instagram when you do.

What is the difference between film and digital wedding photography? Film gives your images a warm, textured quality with tones that many people find more emotional and timeless. Digital is sharper, more versatile in low light, and gives us unlimited shots. We usually recommend a combination - digital for full coverage and film for the moments and portraits where that look really shines.

Do you shoot on both film and digital? Yes. We carry both throughout the day and make decisions in the moment about which works best for a given situation. If you have strong preferences, we're happy to discuss them beforehand.

How do you deliver the film photos? Film is developed at a professional lab, the negatives are scanned and processed, and the resulting JPG files are delivered through your online gallery alongside your digital images. Some frames may show a slight uneven border from the scanner - this can easily be cropped if you prefer.

How can we get your availability and pricing details? Contact us through this form and we'll get back to you with everything you need.
